"The dynamic monitoring system of the marine ecological environment based on the Internet of things" is one of the science and technology projects in Huangdao District of Qingdao.The content of this paper is a subtopic of the project.Aiming at the current situation of marine environment monitoring and forecasting in China,such as lack of innovation,low level of automation,single monitoring elements,and lack of timely and accurate control of marine parameters,this paper designed and developed a set of marine environment monitoring system based on Web.The marine environment monitoring system based on Web includes two parts of the lower computer and upper computer.The monitoring terminal is the core of lower computer data acquisition,according to the specific requirements of the working environment,through the comparison of several mainstream processors,choose STM32F103ZET6 chip as the main processor of marine environment monitoring system,completed the design of processor main control board,sensor module circuit,auxiliary circuit and low power mode.By analyzing and comparing common wireless communication methods,GPRS data transmission with medium speed,high reliability,remote transmission distance and low cost is adopted.Through consulting the data,the design of the core program of each module of the lower computer is completed.The upper computer is the software part of the marine environment monitoring system.Based on the popular B/S architecture model,it is developed with a concise and efficient C#language.By building the framework of MVC and EntityFramework,the paper completed the mapping of data tables and entity data models,and realized the connection between controller pages and SQLServer database.According to the actual needs of users of marine environmental monitoring software,ASP.NET technology and Ajax and JavaScript are applied to design and implement five modules of marine environmental monitoring software,user information management,privilege management,device management,data management and map service.Considering the real-time,cross platform and easy maintenance requirements of marine environment monitoring software,the development mode based on Web website is applied to realize users' view data at any time and anywhere by browser,which facilitates the later stage maintenance,management and upgrading of the system.In order to improve the response speed of the web page and the good user experience,most of the functions of the marine environment monitoring software are implemented by Ajax technology.The marine environment monitoring system based on Web is tested in practice.The test shows that the system can accurately and effectively collect and publish marine environment parameters.
