The northern section of the china-pakistan traffic corridor in Pakistan has a special geological background and complex natural environment.Especially in the upper Indus river and its tributaries, there have been many large-scale landslides blocking the river. On the basis of collecting and collating the existing data and interpreting the remote sensing data,we analyze the disaster environment of the traffic corridor landslide blocking the river in China and Pakistan.Second,we according to the landslide blocking river forming conditions, corridor in history, the distribution of landslide and debris flow disasters in high risk areas identified the potential landslide blocking river disasters, according to the threat of large landslides blocked river disasters at home and abroad in recent years, the traffic infrastructure security case analysis, indicates that the main harm landslides blocked river disasters for road model. The above work provides the foundation for the next step of line selection. This paper selects three typical cases and gives the corresponding design scheme, analyzes and summarizes the key points of line selection,so as to make the line selection work more scientific and reasonable.Line design of the proposed reconstruction project of the Attabad dammed lake section of the china-pakistan railway: the disaster situation of the proposed reconstruction project of the Attabad dammed lake section of the china-pakistan railway was statistically analyzed. The line design of the new construction project of the upstream gorge section of the dasu dam of the china-pakistan railway: under the design concept of the river line in the mountainous area, the low line plan of the gorge section is made, and the amount of the project is compared and analyzed with the existing high line plan. Finally,it is considered that it is more reasonable for the railway to choose the high line plan through the region.Proposed China railway Gouro to Sikandar period of circuit design of the newly-built project: whether to consider canyon section of landslide blocking river's risk for the standard, according to the region terrain characteristic, make wide valley period of early across a river around the contour of avoidance scheme, after technical and economic comparison with existing design plan, find line a scheme of high safety and investment cost, finally puts forward to the risk of landslides blocking probability for jiang index control principle,if the regional landslides blocked river cause the water level rose more than 13% probability of 45 meters, choice across a river around the avoidance scheme in advance.According to the above three cases of line selection,we put forward the key points of line selection for the new railway in the high risk area of landslide blocking jiang yan sehu and the key points of line selection for the existing railway reconstruction project around the lake.Raising line level in advance is the fundamental measure to avoid the risk when the line meets the danger of landslide blocking the river. When the railway passes through the canyon,if the advantages of the plan along the river at low level are not obvious, and the project investment of the high and low level is not much different,it is suitable to directly choose the plan along the high level regardless of the risk of landslide blocking the river. When the railway passes the terrain with wide valleys and canyons, there is a big difference between the high and low line location schemes. Therefore, whether to directly adopt the high line location scheme needs to take the expected annual conversion project operation cost as the comparison index.
