Since the beginning of the 21 st century,there have been more unstable factors in the world,and natural disasters have occurred.Among them,earthquakes are listed as one of the most “invincible” geological disasters in terms of their sudden,destructive and high frequency.The rapid development of today's discussion of regional earthquake disasters has a deeper significance.Based on hundreds of thousands of online game online users and Sina Weibo data,this paper collects real-time data of every two minutes in the 15 days before and after the earthquake in Ya'an and surrounding 70 prefecture-level cities,based on the statistical analysis.ArcGIS visual analysis,TF-IDF keyword weight analysis and other methods to explore the basic situation of the disaster area.First of all,this article uses the Python programming language and SQL Server database to crawl and integrate the online data and Sina Weibo text content,and finds that the sudden decrease in the number of network connections in the region can reflect the damage of the earthquake to the infrastructure of the disaster area.After the earthquake,the recovery of the number of network connections can reflect the degree of infrastructure repair.Based on the content of Sina Weibo after the earthquake,there are also differences in real-time Sina Weibo keywords in different regions,which can reflect the psychological perception of earthquakes to a certain extent.Further,in order to deeply explore the relationship between social media and the basic situation of the disaster area,this paper uses the statistical analysis and ArcGIS visual analysis method to judge the earthquake time,determine the location of the epicenter,and predict the earthquake based on the changes in the number of online game players before and after the earthquake.Estimate the earthquake magnitude;analyze the Sina Weibo content of 71 prefecture-level cities after the earthquake by using the TF-IDF keyword weight analysis method,and make a preliminary judgment on the disaster situation,and obtain good results.Finally,based on this paper and related research,this paper integrates the data source approach of multi-source big data research,so that the method of collecting and analyzing data is no longer limited to the collection of statistical bureaus and the acquisition of questionnaires,and the quantity and availability of data are improved.The idea of regional development and emergency platform construction is aimed at integrating data resources and making big data more valuable in government policy making and public decision-making.
