The Design And Implementation Of Earthquake Emergency Rapid Response System Based On Android

This thesis takes the project of "Earthquake Emergency Rapid Response System Based on Android" as the background.The system is the basic work of Zhenjiang earthquake prevention and disaster reduction informatization.It provides quick post earthquake assessment and decisionmaking analysis for destructive earthquakes in the region,and is also applied to the daily earthquake emergency drill simulation.According to Zhenjiang seismic geology and the actual work of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction,Through system analysis and system overall design,using Eclipse and Android Development Tools,a rapid response system for earthquake emergency rapid response with local characteristics is developed.The main functions are as follows:(1)The system has built-in electronic maps and satellite maps of Zhenjiang's jurisdiction area,and integrates the basic database of Zhenjiang's earthquake emergency rapid response,so as to facilitate users to access all kinds of basic seismic and geological data and thematic information data(population,construction,schools,hazardous chemicals enterprises,etc.).(2)Rapid post-earthquake assessment and assistant decision-making,drawing destru ctive seismic intensity maps according to the "three elements" of earthquakes and empiri cal formulas provided by seismic network,providing detailed damage area prediction and key areas for rescue forces before effective feedback of earthquake disaster information,effectively shortening the "black box period" of earthquake disaster rescue.(3)Post-earthquake trend analysis and built-in seismic database,including seismic tectonic background,earthquake catalogue and countermeasure data in Zhenjiang area,can effectively provide data services for post-earthquake trend analysis.(4)Post-earthquake emergency data output,system according to the built-in emergency plan,output different stages of the earthquake situation briefing and related data summary,as well as some news releases.Using Eclipse and other development tools,Zhenjiang Earthquake Emergency Rapid Response System based on Android Platform has achieved the goal of low cost,high efficiency and mobility.In order to realize the emergency management of local earthquake prevention and disaster reduction,the data base has been consolidated,which has played a positive role in improving the effectiveness of earthquake emergency response and urban safety in Zhenjiang City.
