This topic is proposed in combination with the requirements of the space aerodynamic environment simulation and research system of scientific research projects,and is devoted to solving the problem of moving and accurately positioning the wind tunnel opening test section in the aerodynamic channel.The wind tunnel opening test section is an experimental equipment commonly used in wind tunnel tests.It is widely used in aerodynamic research,development of various aircraft,and other fields related to airflow or wind.How to move the opening test section in the aerodynamic channel And its precise positioning has become a major research issue.The traditional method of moving the test section is to raise the test section by lifting equipment such as jacks and carry out the mobile positioning.The operation is difficult and the work efficiency is low.Therefore,it is necessary to study and design the movement and positioning mode of the test section.In this paper,the automatic carriage of the test section is designed to study the movement and positioning mode of the automatic truck.The lift mechanism that can bear the radial load is innovatively designed to meet the lifting requirements of the test section;the innovative design of the steering wheel drive truck Mobile solution to complete the movement of the test section in the horizontal plane and coarse positioning;The innovative design space dual platform mobile solution realizes the precise positioning of the test section.Then the principle of the automatic carriage in the test section is described in detail,the overall structure of the truck is analyzed and designed,and the three-dimensional model of the truck is built by CATIA V5 R20.The finite element simulation of the structure that is easy to deform and deform by the truck is carried out by ANSYS Workbench.Analysis,analysis results show that the structural strength and stiffness meet the design requirements.Finally,Omron PLC is used as the core of the truck control system to study its software and hardware system,so that the truck can achieve reliability and stability during use.
