In order to promote the adjustment of agricultural structure,standardize and guide the development of agricultural demonstration parks in China in a better di rection,the Ministry of Science and Technology launched the construction of nati onal agricultural science and Technology Parks in 2001,and has gradually forme d a development pattern of national agricultural science and Technology Parks co vering the whole country,with distinct characteristics and remarkable effect of sc ientific and technological demonstration.Agricultural science and Technology Par k entrants are mostly agricultural planting,cultivation and production enterprises.Timely,accurate and comprehensive meteorological information is of great signifi cance for the growth,management and meteorological disaster prevention of crop s in the park.Shilin national agricultural science and technology park is the fourth batch o f national agricultural science and technology park approved by the Ministry of s cience and technology.The park has been initially established as a national dem onstration base of modern agricultural science and technology,focusing on the de velopment of green,organic agricultural products,agricultural high-tech research and development and eco-agricultural leisure tourism.Although the construction of Shilin Agricultural Science and Technology Par k has a certain foundation and scale,the information construction of the park is still in its infancy,especially the meteorological information management and ser vice,which lags far behind the information construction and development of simi lar agricultural science and technology parks in China.There is no special meteor ological data collection,management and service system in the park.Only the tr aditional weather forecast information released by the National Meteorological Ad ministration to the public can be obtained.The meteorological information has a single content and poor real-time performance.The park lacks a unified weather information database and cannot plant crops in the park.Scientific and refined m anagement of cultivation and meteorological disasters provides meteorological dat a support,which cannot meet the needs of the park's meteorological information management and services.This paper analyzes,designs and develops the meteorological information man agement system of agricultural science and technology parks for the practical app lication requirements of meteorological information management in Shilin Nationa l Agricultural Science and Technology Park.The main work of the thesis includes:(1)This paper analyzes the demand of meteorological data,feasibility and s ystem function of meteorological information management in Shilin national agric ultural science and Technology Park,Kunming,Yunnan Province.(2)Based on the MySQL database,design and build the meteorological infor mation database of Shilin National Agricultural Science and Technology Park.Th rough the data interface,the meteorological data such as temperature,humidity,wind direction,wind speed and air pressure collected by the automatic weather s tation in real time,and the reading and data storage of the meteorological foreca st and warning data of the Shilin County Meteorological Bureau are realized.(3)Analyze,design and develop the meteorological information management s ystem of agricultural science and technology park,including user management,m eteorological information management,weather information short message push,meteorological data export,background management and other functional module s.(4)The system adopts B/S architecture and MVC mode,MySQL is the syste m database,PHP is the programming language,the front end adopts HTML+CSS+JavaScript+jQuery technology to realize the system interface,and the system de velopment is based on PhpStorm development tools.The system has been applied to the management departments and park enterprises of Shilin National Agricultural Science and Technology Park,and has reali zed the information management of meteorological data of Shilin National Agricu ltural Science and Technology Park.
