Research On Ethical Principles Of Science And Technology Management

This dissertation aims to combine MST with EST and put up theoretical platform for the overlapping research on MEST, and to put forward proposals to improve the practice of MEST through exploring the law of MEST. The dissertation includes six chapters: chapter one points out the realistic necessity of MEST by inspecting the ethical and management issues. Chapter two, through investigating historically the four typical developing phases of the theory for MEST, it points out that MEST, as a relatively independent area, is the result of advancement of science&technology and evolution of MST. Chapter three proposed three principles of MEST,which are justice,equality and humanism. Chapter four applies the principles to analyze the current problems of MEST and put forward some countermeasures.Chapter five is the conclusion.The major innovations in the dissertation include: 1. This dissertation proposed the three priciples concerning the ethics of the management of science and technology.2. This dissertation analyzes the current problems of MEST in China, and taking human being and ethic management as centers.3.This dissertation proposed four countermeasurs to solve the current problems exsiting in MEST.
