The Beidou satellite navigation system is a global satellite navigation and positioning system independently constructed and operated in China.It utilizes national and regional satellite navigation and positioning reference station network infrastructure,through surveying and data processing methods,with the reference station network as the core.Gravity datums are integrated,and the modern surveying and mapping datum service system integrating the three networks has become the development direction of geodetic technology.The provincial reference station network system has the characteristics of multiple sources,multiple structures,fast update speed,and large amount of accumulated data over a long period of time.In this paper,by studying the domestic reference station data types,data processing processes and application systes status,combined with the existing provincial benchmarks in the country.The actual work experience of the station network operation summarizes that there are still many problems in the operation and management of the provincial benchmark station network:At present,the download and storage of the system data of the reference station network in each province use the system operation and maintenance software provided by the equipment supplier.The download and storage have not yet achieved the independent collection of dynamic data,so it cannot change the plight of the use of existing data;The form of the file is stored in the file system.Although the file path is structured and graded,the file or file metadata is not managed in the warehouse,and the multiple sets of base station system data have not been unifiedin the catalog view.Provide fast and efficient cata query capabilities;lack of effective real-time monitoring means for the operation status check of each site,management is not intuitive,operation is too cumbersome,at the same time can not see the overall site situation,lack of good visual and intuitive operation monitoring means.Based on the characteristics of the provincial reference station network system,this paper has conducted research and achieved the following results:Aiming at the current status of data processing flow and application system,the real-time collection method of the data stream of the reference station network is studied,which is mainly based on the RTCM protocol to realize the analysis and aggregation of real-time dynamic observation data stream,specifically:setting the reference station real-time data stream to RTCM3 standard encoding,The observation data adopts the original message data forwarded in multi-signal message group(MSM)format,and filters the received data real-time stream to ensure that the message conforms to the RTCM standard format,and uses CRC check to ensure the integrity of the message data,and Classify message types,analyze data fields according to RTCM standards,generate observation data values in Rinex files,and store the parsed results in the database in the form of objects.Aiming at the problem of storage of heterogeneous data in the base station network,a new method for the management of the static observation data of the provincial base station network is studied:for multiple systems running at the same time,and different systems adopt different storage methods for observation files,First of all,the current status of the observation file storage under the existing Tianbao system and the southern system was fully researched and analyzed.A unified collection scheme was used to store the metadata of the observation files generated by different systems in the database and manage them through FTP.Observation files generated by different systems on different servers can access the metadata of these files stored on different servers through the FTP protocol,and process these metadata information into corresponding formats through the data processing module and convert these The data is written into the database to be used for visual data viewing by application programs,which solves the file management problem on different servers.In view of the monitoring problem of the operation of the base station website,the study sent the heartbeat data packet to judge the data from the CNC center to the station,obtained the connectivity of the network channel,used the method of network programming to simulate the manual processing in batches,and visualized it on the map Real-time display of the geographic location and current status of each site,identify the number of site faults on the map interface,and update the status of all sites to the database through the software interface,at the same time generate maintenance information based on the change of the site's connectivity status,and provide it to the site management Monitor personnel to handle and maintain site faults.Finally,the provincial-level reference station network informationized data management system was developed,which realized the unified access of multi-system data and the automation of daily data management of the system.It used information visualization to provide personalized data application services for data operation and maintenance personnel.The process of standardization and unification of base station network data provides managers with knowledge of the overall status and operation status of base station network data,and improves the work efficiency and navigation and positioning service level of base station system operation and maintenance management.
