Seismic exploration equipment is extremely important tools in the field of seismic exploration. It plays an important role in seismic data acquisition. At present, the domestic oil exploration equipment is mostly imported form foreign countries and they are very expensive. It is restricted by foreign monopoly technology. It is very significant to resolve the both issues for the Chinese geophysical instruments R&D.With the electrical industry and FPGA, the SoPC technology is becoming the new development. The SoPC technology is single-chip, micro-packaging, low power, programmable, easy to develop and easy to tape.The paper disscusses a new point to develop the digital seismic data acquisition station using SoPC technology. A new seismic data acquisition circuit is developed for Chinese. The data acquisition equipment should be high precision, low noise and easy to control.The thesis consists of two parts: (i) Development of hardware; (ii) Preparation of software. The hardware includes power circuit, data acquisition circuit, data transmission circuit and master board. 1) Power supply provides isolation voltage and transfer 22-48V to 3.3V, 2.5V and 1.2V. The power supply which is high efficiency and low power consumption ensure the circuit safety. 2) The data acquisition circuit is composed of CS5378, CS5373A and CS3301. 3) The data transmission circuit with two net transmmit data in real time. 4)The master controlling unit using the latest the Cyclone III, SRAM and Flash control the whole system.Software includes: 1) In Quartus II, data acquisition driver and parameter are written in VHDL. 2) Using IP core Nios II is built in SoPC Builder. 3) Data transmission application is programmed in Nios IDE.
