In recent years,due to the high efficiency and precision of X-ray digital imaging detection technology,it has been widely used in the fields of electric equipment quality testing,defect assessment,etc.In the field of image processing used in the current electric industry,there is a lack of unified industry software.And many functions are not in the existing detecting software,provided by different manufacturers,such as judging image quality,fitting image contour and correcting distorted image.This thesis designs and implements a desktop software system,aiming at the electric equipment X-ray images captured by portable device.The system provides standardized detection of image quality judgement,and realizes image processing functions such as image enhancement,image contour fitting and distortion correction.In this thesis,the core content consists of three parts: the quality judgment of electric equipment X-ray images,the algorithm design of image processing and the design and implementation of the system.In the part of image quality judgment,this thesis designs the image quality judgment model,and realizes the automatic process.Firstly,the position of the double wire image quality indicator in the image is automatically identified.Then,the indexes of the image are calculated.Finally,the result of image quality is given by synthesizing the range of each index.In the part of image processing,this thesis designs three modules which are suitable for the electric equipment X-ray image,which are image enhancement algorithm,image contour fitting algorithm and image distortion correction.The image enhancement algorithm uses wavelet transformer,gamma transformer and histogram normalization in combination.The image contour fitting algorithm uses Canny algorithm to detect image edge,then uses contour fitting algorithm based on topological structure to get the fitted contour.The distortion correction algorithm uses Radon transformer algorithm to correct the tilt angle of the image.In the part of system design and implementation,the user interface of this system is designed by wxPython and the process is designed and implemented by Python and OpenCV.The system has strong operability and good stability.The theoretical innovation of this thesis is that three image enhancement algorithms are properly fused to achieve efficient and good image enhancement effect.The technical innovation of this thesis is that the system can adapt to the detection images of different manufacturers,can process the images with different formats and sizes in a unified way,can automatically judge the image quality,and provide image processing functions,which can effectively assist the on-site detection personnel to take qualified X-ray images and make accurate and timely defect judgment.
