Study On Effectiveness Improvement Of HSE Training For Geophysical Crew

HSE training is the necessary link to improve staff HSE performance ability and effective control of HSE risk.How to continuously strengthen and enhance the staff's ability to perform HSE through HSE training has become the key to effectively regulate employee behavior and curb all kinds of accidents.Geophysical crew is the basic unit of petroleum geophysical exploration operation.The construction method and construction area are different,and the organization form of geophysical crew is also very different.The geophysical crew has different forms of organization,construction personnel,equipment,materials and so on are very different.Construction methods and construction areas are different,the risks faced by employees and operational requirements are also very different.Before construction of any geophysical exploration project,comprehensive staff training must be carried out,and the effective implementation of employee training is often the decisive factor in determining whether the project can be operated safely,efficiently and quality.At present,HSE training management of geophysical crew has not yet formed a more complete system.This article has carried on the overall design from the training demand analysis,the training plan,the training teacher troop construction,the training template establishment and the maintenance,the training implementation,the training effect appraisal and so on.Put forward the concrete train of thought and method of training effect improvement.This paper gives the concrete train of thought and method in the establishment and application of HSE training matrix and trainer competency matrix.The establishment of risk prevention and control,combined with the classification of basic stand in line HSE standardization construction work in training template.In the aspect of training implementation,the application of tools such as JSA,JCA,STOP,security sharing,security sub committee,and application of mobile phone,APP and cloud services are put forward.In terms of the evaluation of the training effect,according to Kirkpatrick's four level assessment of learning level and behavior level,the results put forward specific assessment methods and Application.The research results of this paper have been popularized and applied in the author's office,and good achievements have been achieved.
