As people's pursuit of a better life becoming more and more intense,personalized electronic products emerge in endlessly,and the process of product update and iteration is accelerated.Thousands of discarded electronic products have been eliminated by the market because they can't keep up with the Times.Most of them still have a long life and high value.Discarding or disposing carelessly is not only a high damage to the green ecology,but also a high waste of scarce resources.Recycling of waste products is imminent.At present,Chinese recycling market is gradually warming up with the great potential and unlimited business opportunities.However,there are some problems in the recycling industry,such as lacking of technical standards,disorderly competition among enterprises,and policy failure,which seriously hinder the healthy and vigorous development of the industry.How to make the recycling industry harmless and standardized,and realized sustainable economic development is the key to the construction of ecological civilization and the development of the industry.Starting from the supply chain structure of closed-loop supply chain,this paper aims to study how to establish the reasonable price and introduce reasonable supply chain members.So as to improve the quantity of product recycling and increase the recycling income in the reverse supply chain.It can provide theoretical basis and guiding significance for the management and development of Chinese recycling industry.Due to the saturation of the recycling market,there is no linear relationship between the recycling amount with the recovery effort or the recycling price.Based on the non-linear relationship,this paper carries out some relevant research.First of all,in terms of improving the recovery effort,this paper based on nonlinear recovery function,studies the decision models and optimal equilibrium for centralized and decentralized decision-making,and analyzes the determinants which have an impact on recyclers' recycling efforts.On this basis,the incentive mechanism of recyclers based on recovery cost sharing is proposed,and gives an optimal cost-sharing coefficient.The results show that the incentive mechanism can improve the recyclers' efforts and increase the amount of recycling.Furthermore,Furthermore,it can promote the healthy development of supply chain system.Secondly,in terms of pricing strategy of recycled products,this paper studies the green closed-loop supply chain composed of a manufacturer and a recycler.By establishing a recycling model of a single recycler,it is found that the optimal recycling price and the optimal buyback price are positively correlated with the selling price and the characteristic value of the recycling market,while negatively correlated with the remanufacturing cost.Thirdly,the paper discusses a green closed-loop supply chain composed of one manufacturer and two recyclers,and establishes a duopoly recycler competition model.In order to better describe the market competition,the paper introduces the price competition sensitivity coefficient of consumers which can reflect and interact with the recycling quantity of recyclers.The game process of this model can be divided into sub game processes: the dynamic game between two recyclers and the Stackelberg game between recycler and manufacturer.The optimal recovery price and the optimal buyback price are obtained,and the influence of relevant factors on the recovery price and buyback price is obtained.Finally,the paper uses the method of numerical analysis to put the two models in the same recycling market environment.At the beginning,we compares and analyzes the optimal recovery price and the benefits of each member in the case of single recycler and duopoly recycler when the buyback price is certain.Then,considering that the case of duopoly recycler model,the manufacturer maximizes from its own revenue,which will lead to the difference of the optimal buyback price,thus leading to the movement of the optimal recycling price.furthermore,by comparing the results,it is found that the introduction of duopoly recycler competition can not only reduce the recycling price,but also improve the recycling quantity and the total recycling income of each member in the supply chain.The results have important reference significance for improving the structure of recycling industry and promoting the stable development of the industry.
