Ensuring social benefits while achieving less environment pollution and less resource consumption has become the focus of the state and enterprises.Based on bilevel programming, this paper establishes a pricing model for a green competition closed-loop supply chain network design in an uncertain environment. We suppose that a close-loop supply chain and a forward supply chain compete in the same market, the demand and the return of consumers are uncertain which are related to the price of products. The objectives are the maximum of the profit and the minimum of the carbon emission. To solve this problem,we transform the uncertain constraints into crisp ones by a possible method and the model is linearized. Finally, the Kth-best algorithm is used to solve it.In this paper,an numerical example is given and we also provide some reliable suggestions for management.Based on the above model,a fuzzy decisionmaking model of green competitive closed-loop supply chain is established. In this model, the uncertainties are further considered and described as trapezoidal numbers.According to the results of the numerical experiments, the model is valid to show that the closed-loop supply chain has the advantages in competition. The construction of reverse logistics can effectively reduce the environment pollution and the closedloop supply chain has higher profits than the traditional forward supply chain.Considering the uncertainties of the external markets and the internal supply chain sysytem is more realistic. The results also show that with the increase of the level?,the greater impact on the objectives.
