Unmanned Aerial Application Research In The Countryside Collective Land Right Verification

UAV aerial photography UAV drone aerial work platform,the combination of aerial photography,remote sensing and aerial photography in one,the collective land within the rural areas,including construction belonging to collective farmers,agricultural land and unused land Conduct aerial photography and obtain accurate topographic map data so as to ensure the effective registration of rural collectively-owned land for registration and confirmation.This article has carried on the detailed design,planning and technical improvement of the photogrammy land contract and management rights ownership,completed the UAV navigation area and route design,navigation and image design,POS parameter threshold,photo rotation angle design,flight height design work.The photo control survey scheme of design and implementation,the image control point layout,regional distribution of full field design,layout,layout design and other special circumstances,the control point selection and finishing,thorn image control point measurement,put forward the regular and irregular regional network,high elevation points,on the part of the region adjacent to the layout of the overlap is not enough and the course is not enough overlap were considered separately,the aerial photogrammetry industry under difficult conditions of flying.In this paper,DEM production of UAV remote sensing image is given for land ownership.DEM hollow three encryption processing is completed and various parameters are set up.Especially in the right image fusion technique based on DOM,this paper proposes a mosaic image fusion algorithm:weighted fusion method,overcomes the direct average method,the complex wavelet transform,takes up more resources and other shortcomings,weighted fusion method design calculation of a relatively simple yet reliable,able to meet the needs of UAV image fusion,and compared,the effect is ideal.At the same time,in this paper,the principles and techniques of light uniformity,color matching,experience summarization,mosaic line editing,and patch repair in the process of DOM are improved.In the design of land contract management right right investigation based on DOM,this paper completed the design of land contract management right right investigation based on DOM,determine the work flow planning,implementation plan,the preparation work,ownership survey,contract land survey,the contractor survey carried out a detailed design,complete information collection,publicity and the certification information table entry work deployment and implementation,and the existing land contract management right right in the investigation of problems in-depth analysis.The accuracy of the land contractual management right of using advanced unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)technology is evaluated,and the sampling inspection method is used to test the result.The effect is satisfactory.
