Research On Subcontracting Management Optimization Of PEN Oroject In CE Company

With the heating of marine development in recent years,especially the exploration and development of resources in the exclusive economic zone,the development of marine engineering will be more heated,and the project subcontracting has become an important part of the management of marine engineering projects.CE company is a project driven construction enterprise which is mainly engaged in marine oil engineering.Most of the professional work is carried out in the form of subcontracting,which is assisted by the corresponding subcontracting resources,and the final delivery goal of the project is achieved through the overall management and control of the project group.This research takes the PEN project of CE company as the breakthrough point,introduces the PEN project and analyzes the problems and reasons in the project subcontracting management,and carries out the corresponding scheme optimization and countermeasure research.This study first clarifies the research background and significance of the paper,compares the research status at home and abroad,and introduces the research methods and research contents of this article from the whole.Secondly,it introduces the connotation and characteristics of project management,the connotation and necessity of subcontracting management and the main internal capacity of subcontracting management;then,it combines the project management of CE company.At the same time,this paper introduces the general situation of CE company,the status of CE subcontracting,the status of PEN project management,the sub contracting strategy of PEN project and the management strategy of subcontractors.After that,it analyzes the problems of the progress,cost,quality and safety of the sub contracting problems and finds out the reasons for the problems according to the sub package mode of the PEN project.In order to optimize the subcontract management of CE company from three aspects: perfect subcontractor entering process,perfect subcontract management performance evaluation mechanism and combing and optimizing subcontractor management and control methods,the optimization strategies are put forward from the aspects of subcontracting resources management,system and performance,classification management and on-site management and control,for the future CE company.The follow-up projects provide important reference for construction management..
