When Chinese entered the Internet plus era today,how the enterprise scientific management,innovation mechanism further,rational allocation of resources,to complete the project schedule and budget on time,improve the success rate of projects,to meet customer demand for various products,is still a serious problem with the senior management of many enterprises.This paper starts from the project risk management,combined with the media industry information technology project management case,do some theoretical and practical explorations on the new information technology more scientific management Internet plus era project management.The goal of this paper is the comparative study and in-depth exploration of the basic theory of the project risk management in project management,the theory and practice together organically,and some innovative methods of project risk management tools and practical skills.The main contents of this paper include the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to identify risk and the use of dynamic programming to control and optimize the risk.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method by calculating the membership degree in fuzzy mathematics,can effectively put the qualitative evaluation into quantitative evaluation is not accurate relatively accurate,this method results in a clear,systematic,suitable to be used to solve various non deterministic problem.Network analytic hierarchy process(AHP)can deal with complex internal and external decision problems with feedback.The innovation of this paper is to combine these two methods,through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and algorithm of the project risk,the fuzzy matrix calculation,and finally get the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the project construction risk.Dynamic programming is a way of solving the optimization problems,a method of dynamic programming is often for a kind of optimization problem,nature of the problem due to various different conditions to determine the optimal solution is different,different problems and design methods of dynamic programming for solving methods,there are distinctive all kinds of optimization problems can be solved.In the case,in order to reduce the risk of a range of possible projects to be within acceptable,by using dynamic programming method,the preparation of limited resources reasonable use of project risk,reduce the risk of the project.Based on the above studies,combined with the management practice of M platform project,the project risk optimization to construct a systematic approach,starting from the project to the whole process of the project acceptance,successfully resolved the risk management in the project,the project risk optimization.The author hopes to provide effective reference and reference for the senior managers of the enterprises engaged in IT project management in china.
