With the rapid development of China's economy,the damage of human to the natural environment is becoming more and more serious,which leads to frequent geological disasters,and the disaster prevention and control project is increasing,and it is getting more and more attention from the society.Geological disasters mainly is refers to the threat of man-made or natural causes people's life and property safety of landslide,dangerous rock collapse,debris flow,ground subsidence,ground crack,ground subsidence,etc related to geological disasters.The disaster prevention and control engineering,as a special construction projects,has uniqueness,urgency,in the process of prevention and control of risk and complexity etc,exist in the stage of the governance is more than the ordinary construction project uncertainty,the greater the risk of it governance phases of the disaster prevention and control of project risk management is very important.This paper first describes the current situation of the current domestic and foreign disaster prevention and control projects,and then describes the qualitative and quantitative methods of risk identification,analysis,evaluation and response.Finally,the specific geological disaster prevention and control project,Chongqing Qianjiang District East Street,Wu Jia yard landslide emergency emergency treatment project and Chongqing city Qianjiang District Taking xiaonhai Town Chen Jia Po dangerous rock emergency rescue project as an example,we set up a model,analyze and calculate,draw conclusions,and finally take precautions against it.The paper takes the risk of land disaster management as the main line,and makes a detailed description,analysis and demonstration.At present,the two most common geological disasters in the southwest of China are landslides and dangerous rocks.This paper is based on the study of material selection.Hierarchy analysis and the expert evaluation method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are used to identify,analyze and evaluate the risk.Through the analysis of the various high risk factors in the two project management stages,we can find the risk sources,make different special preventive measures,and finally reduce the risk level of the two projects,and ensure that the two projects reach the effect of emergency emergency management,and ensure the safety of the people's life and property.As well as other stage of disaster prevention and control of engineering project management to provide some scientific basis and provides the rationalization,scientific decision-making,the project managers to reduce project risk,avoid governance stage secondary geological disasters and unnecessary economic loss,to the whole economic and social development is of great significance and practical value.
