Research On Statistical Measurement Of Digital Economy Development Level In Central China

The digital economy is a new form of economic development that is rapidly developing in the information age.The development of the digital economy is of great significance to social economic transformation and upgrading,restructuring the industrial structure,and improving social systems.China's digital economy has huge development potential.Digital economy has huge potential for development,so it is more conducive to guiding and planning the future development of the digital economy and providing decision support for it to understand the current development status of the digital economy and understand the problems and obstacles in the development.First,this article summarizes related works based on the research of digital economy by domestic and foreign scholars,and combines the current digital economy development trends and characteristics to define the digital economy as based on digital knowledge and information and modern information and communication infrastructure.As a carrier,under the guidance of digital technology,fundamentally change the production and trading methods of various industries,so as to realize a new economic development form of digital integration of production and management activities and living and consumption activities.Then,based on the measurement theory of the digital economy,digital integration applications,and the development environment of the digital economy,a measurement index system for the development level of the digital economy in the central region was constructed.The overall situation of provincial digital economy development was measured.Finally,based on the measurement results and related statistical data,and the contribution of its specific indicators,as well as the perspective of the development situation,the development of the digital economy in the six central provinces was evaluated,and the developing Advantages and disadvantages.The research results show that:(1)various deficiencies in digital infrastructure construction hinder the overall development of the digital economy in central China;(2)the state of digital industry is well developed,which has greatly promoted the development of digital economy in central China;(3)integration applications On the one hand,the low degree of personal application and the slower process of enterprise informatization have greatly restricted the development of the central digital economy.(4)The development status of the digital economy policy environment and talent environment has a leading role in the development and occupation of the overall digital economy.According to the evaluation conclusions,from the perspectives of policy support,talent training,and advantages,suggestions were made to promote the development of the digital economy in the central region.It is necessary to give better play to the government's leading role and solve the imbalanced development of the regional digital economy;formulate inclusive digital economy investment support policies,guide industries to increase digital technology investment;formulate laws Regulations guide individuals and businesses to actively apply digital technologies;increase government support to ensure the health of the digital environment.Based on the predecessors,this paper measures the digital economy in the central region.I also tried to add relevant indicators of policy environment,talent and environment,and found that the development environment dominates the development of the digital economy in central China.A good talent environment does not mean that the overall development is strong,and the key role of talents is the point.
