Research On The Coupling Relationship Between Marine Economy And Marine Resources And Environmental Carrying Capacity In Coastal Areas Of China

Since the beginning of the 21 st century,as countries around the world have made closer deployment of the development of their marine economies,the trend of global economic development towards the sea has become increasingly apparent.The "19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China" put forward the need to adhere to the overall planning of land and sea,accelerate the construction of a maritime power,and enhance the strategic position of the maritime economy to unprecedented heights.With the rapid development of China's marine economy,the predatory development and extensive development mode of marine resources has made the contradiction between marine economy and marine resources and the environment increasingly prominent,and has become a shortcoming in building a marine power.This paper uses relevant data from 11 coastal provinces in China from 2006 to 2016 to construct an index system for evaluating the strength of marine economic development from three aspects: the level of marine economic development,development quality,and development potential;from marine resources,environmental pollution,environmental governance,and natural disasters Establish an evaluation index system for marine resources and environmental carrying capacity in four aspects.Based on this,comprehensively use subjective weighting method and objective weighting method to weight the indicators,and use the degree of coupling and coupling coordination to evaluate the development status of marine economy and marine resources and environment in 11 coastal provinces and cities in China,and comprehensively use them.The fuzzy clustering method divides the evaluation results into gradients,and explores the characteristics and laws of its temporal and spatial evolution in order to comprehensively understand the coordinated development of marine economy and marine resources and environment in China's coastal areas and the regional development gap.The conclusions of the study are as follows:The degree of coupling and coordination between China's marine economy and marine resources and environmental carrying capacity system shows a good trend of continuous optimization.From the perspective of time,the level of coupling between the marine economy and the carrying capacity system of marine resources and the environment of coastal provinces and cities in China has increased year by year.The degree of dispersion of the coupling coordination between coastal areas has shown a downward trend.The difference in the degree of coupling and coordination between force systems is gradually narrowing,and the trend of coordinated development of marine composite systems between regions is emerging.From a spatial perspective,the level of coupling and coordination between the marine economy and the marine resources and environmental carrying capacity system in China's coastal areas has gradually decreased.The ratio is 4: 4: 3,which not only leads the overall level of coupling and coordination to a new level,but also makes the layout of the coupling and coordination of marine economy and marine resources and environmental carrying capacity between coastal areas more reasonable.But at the same time,there are still not small gaps between regions.The development of the level of coupling and coordination between the marine economy and the marine resource and environmental carrying capacity between coastal areas is still not optimistic.The gap between well-developed regions and underdeveloped regions is very wide,and the coordination of development needs to be further enhanced.Therefore,in order to realize the high level coupling and coordinated development of Marine economy and Marine resources and environment carrying capacity in China,this paper breaks down administrative barriers.Optimizing the spatial development pattern of Marine economy;Starting from the construction of modern Marine industry system and blue ecological barrier,the paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the coordinated development of Marine ecological economy in China from the macro and micro perspectives.In order to accelerate the sustainable development of Marine economy and Marine resources and environment,it is of great practical significance to build a maritime power.
