The Study Of Coordination Relationship Between Marine Economic Efficiency And Marine Resources And Environment Carrying Capacity In The Coastal Areas Of China

The ocean is an indispensable space vehicle for human survival and development,extending and stretching the geographic range of human survival,with an enormous amount of energy,the future of human society can't survive without the ocean.In the rapid development of the global ocean economy,and the development of Marine resources,at the same time,the Marine ecological environment is at great pressure,and the contradictions between Marine economic development and Marine ecological environment become more and more prominent.Resource carrying capacity and economic development complement each other and support each other,and there are some contradictions in development and utilization,which are both the driving force for the development of the Marine economy and the important condition for restricting the economic development.It is therefore a comprehensive consideration of that relationship between the Marine economic system and the Marine resource environment system in order to realize the sustainable development of the Marine economy.Marine economic efficiency is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of Marine economy.In this paper,based on the expected non-output of SBM models measure 11 provinces and cities in 2005-2014 China's coastal Marine economic efficiency,and analyses its space-time evolution characteristics.The results show that the economic efficiency of the overall Marine economy from 2005 to 2014,considering that the mean value of economic efficiency of non-expected output fluctuates from 2005 to 2014,is of medium efficiency(0.693),and the efficiency level is changed from ineffective to effective.From the average of our ocean economic efficiency,it is not expected to produce the economic efficiency of the ocean and the efficiency of the ocean economy is less than the number of non-expected output,which is not expected to be expected,and it's not very efficient.The development of our Marine resources is still in need of development,because of the development of the development of the ocean,the development of the economy,the low economic growth mode,the low level of technological innovation,and the development of environmental issues.The economic efficiency gap between China's coastal provinces and cities is narrowing,especially in the past four years.Coefficient of variation of the whole and the standard deviation change trend is consistent,show the ocean on the east coast economic efficiency obvious stage characteristics,relative difference of area along with the change of time tend to be narrow.Secondly,in the aspect of Marine resources and environment sustainable development,open resources rationally,both social and economic progress and good ecological environment is the basic developing trend of future Marine.On the basis of discussing the connotation,characteristics and research progress of Marine resources and environmental carrying capacity,this study takes the 11 provinces and cities of China as the research area and USES the set analysis method to measure the ocean resource carrying capacity of China's coastal areas from 2005 to 2014,and analyzes its spatial and temporal evolution characteristics and its influencing factors.The index of Marine resources and environmental carrying capacity in the coastal 11 provinces of China shows an increasing trend from 2005 to2014.Depending on the size of the average,the capacity of the load-bearing capacity is divided into three classes,and the areas of the strong load-bearing level include shandong and guangdong province,and the average load-bearing region is the provinces of liaoning,tianjin,Shanghai,zhejiang,and fujian,and the provinces of the provinces of guangxi,hainan,hebei,and jiangsu.From 2005 to 2014,the index of Marine resource carrying capacity in China's coastal areas rose from 0.246 in 2005 to 0.739 in 2014,showing a general trend of rising trend,indicating the continuous improvement of the capacity of Marine resources in coastal provinces and cities.Finally,the coordinated development of Marine economic development and rational utilization of Marine resources is an important way to realize sustainable development of Marine economy in China.By using the model of coupling coordination degree,the coupling and coordination relationship between the capacity of Marine resources and the Marine economic efficiency is analyzed,and the results show that the Marine economic efficiency and the Marine resource environment carrying capacity are in the middle level of the couplingcoordination of guangdong,tianjin,liaoning,jiangsu,zhejiang and hainan.Marine resources and environment carrying capacity and the efficiency of Marine economy belongs to low coupling coordination area of guangxi and hebei.In 2005-2014,the coupling coordination degree of Marine economic efficiency and Marine resource environment in China's coastal areas was generally fluctuating,and the average value increased from 0.5564 to 0.6218,indicating that the Marine economic efficiency and the capacity of Marine resources were continuously improved in coastal areas,and the moderately coordinated coupling increased to highly coordinated coupling.It is indicate that that coefficient of variation is a decrease trend,indicating that the couple coordination degree of the Marine economic efficiency and the environmental bearing capacity of the Marine resource in the coastal area of China is improving.
