With the development of the construction industry,the automotive industry,and the raising of the people's daily needs,the demand for steel is reflected not only in quantity,but also in quality.The recoiler is an important equipment for the automatic and continuous production of the strip production.The tension control is an important way to influence the quality of the strip..Therefore,the research on models and feature of tension control is such a significance.The two models of the tension control and the switch of the two models are mainly studied in this thesis.The tension oscillation,which is caused by model switch,is focused on research.Firstly,the basic process flow and the equipments related to recoiler are introduced.In this,thesis three ways of recoiler tension control is introduced,morever,the compound tension control is proposed in this thesis.The calculation method of steel roll diameter is analyzed,which is related to tension control accuracy.Meanwhile,the calculation formulas of the tension setting current,the bending compensation current and the friction compensated current are given.Secondly,taking the AC motor as the background,two models of recoiler tension control are built.In order to achieve the satisfied effect of tension control,when two models work separately,the parameters of the regulator in the model are tuned.Then the model is simulated with direct switch mode.Through the simulation,we know that with the traditional PID control,a huge oscillation is generated in the system switch time.At last,the tension compound control is proposed.At last,the fuzzy PID controller is designed and the simulation is carried out.It is concluded that the smooth transition of tension switch could be realized by the fuzzy controller.However,there is a steady error in this control mode.Therefore,based on PID control and fuzzy control,a compound control method is proposed.The final simulation curve shows that the compound tension control could not only reach the smooth transition,but also satisfy the control effect without the steady state error.
