With the development of information electronic technology,people are in increasing demand for smart wearable devices such as mobile phones and smart bracelets.3D Bending Glass is mainly used as the cover of curved mobile phone screen,With a high degree of fit of the touch,thin,transparent and clean,antifingerprint,anti-glare,hard,scratch-resistant,etc.,can also be made into a variety of curved shape,the future more widely used.3D glass bending molding technology,the temperature control of glass molding plays a crucial impact,is also a measure of the quality of glass forming a key indicator,but also with the life of the mold also has a close relationship.The traditional temperature measurement method is difficult to measure the temperature inside the mold and glass,it can not understand the heat transfer mechanism and temperature history.In order to provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of the process,the finite element analysis of the heating stage was carried out.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:First of all,found in a large number of experiments the original hot bending machine heating plate structure design deficiencies,and then optimized its design;The theoretical analysis of the heat transfer in the heating system is deduced,and the time equation of heating the heating plate to the required temperature is deduced,through the numerical calculation of the two designs of heating plate heat absorption and heating time comparison;In engineering practice,the reasons for the failure of the electric heating pipe are summarized and the selection method and installation plan of the electric heating pipe for improving the thermal efficiency of the heating plate are proposed.Then,the finite element analysis of the heating and heating process of the mold with flat glass is carried out.The simulation can reflect the temperature change and distribution of the mold and the flat glass in real time,and can obtain the change of the temperature and time of the glass,Thermal stress changes.Finally,the design of the method of hot bending forming experiment,Through a large number of heated bending test,Corning third-generation glass is determined for heating temperature control range,accurately determine the heating process required for the heating time.By comparing the experimental results with the simulation results,the results are basically in agreement,which can confirm the accuracy of the simulation analysis.The analytical and experimental methods used in this paper conclude that it not only provides a valuable reference for the selection of the parameters of the hot bending process of 3D glass and the actual operation of the 3D bending machine,but also for the future research work to give some theoretical and data support.
