Ya’an Tibetan tea is made of mature fresh leaves and red moss,after fixing,twisting,Ottawa heap,drying and other processes produced by the unique process of lasting fermentation of tea and tea is rich in tea polysaccharide,tea brown,Protein and other substances beneficial to human health,with excellent quality and a variety of health effects,in the real world has a very broad development prospects,has become a hot topic in recent years.In this study,Ya’an Tibetan tea and its extracted tea polysaccharide and tea brown powder were used as experimental gavage materials.With 0.5-2 g · kg-1 · d-1 Ya’an Tibetan tea and 50~200 mg · kg-1 · d-1 tea polysaccharide and tea brown extract as experimental broth.The mice were irradiated with 60Coy radiation injury model.The mice were treated with automatic blood cell analyzer and various methods Blood,femur,thoracic spleen and hematopoietic function indexes,as well as liver and blood antioxidant function,to study the protective effect of tea and its extracts of tea polysaccharides and tea brown on antioxidant and hematopoietic function in mice with radiation injury To provide new ideas for radiation prevention and control,and toprovide theoretical basis for the development and utilization of tea in Ya’an.Below are key research findings:(1)Ya’an Tibetan tea,tea polysaccharide extract and tea brown extract can promote the weight of 60Coγ radiation injury mice in varying degrees.(2)Af1er 60Coγ irradiation,the Iumber of peripheral blood cells in mice was decreased.The number of blood cells in the blood of mice after irradiation was improved by adding the tea extract,tea polysaccharide extract and tea brown extract.Compared with the radiation group,the contents of WBC,PLT and LYM were significantly increased by 30%,35%and 44%,and the contents of RBC and HGB were significantly increased by 7%and 6.7%The contents of WBC,PLT and LYM in the polysaccharide group were significantly increased by 48%,45.3%and 78%respectively,and the contents of RBC and HGB were significantly increased by 7.5%and 6.6%respectively.The blood WBC,PLT and LYM cells were significantly increased by 41%,51%and 72%respectively,and the contents of RBC and HGB cells were significantly increased by 11%and 8%.Which also concluded that WBC,PLT,LYM relative to RBC,HGB has a stronger radiation sensitivity.(3)Ya’an Tibetan tea and tea brown extract can significantly improve the recovery of 60Coγ-ray irradiation in mice thymus function and bone marrow DNA content.Compared with the radiation group,the thoracic spleen index of the mice was significantly increased by 74.6%and 51.4%,and the bone marrow DNA content was significantly increased by 26%.The chest spleen index of the high dose group was significantly improved 88.9%and 70.8%,respectively.The DNA content of bone marrow increased significantly by54%.The polysaccharide extract could significantly increase the thymus function and bone marrow DNA content of the mice after irradiation,but the effect on the function of splenic gland function was not significant,And the thymus index of the high dose group was 52.4%and the bone marrow DNA content was significantly increased by 38%.(4)Compared with the radiation group,the activity of SOD and CAT,the activities of T-AOC and T-SOD in the blood of different tea,tea polysaccharide extract and tea brown extract group were increased to different degrees and the content of MDA in liver Different degrees of reduction.The activities of SOD,CAT and T-AOC and T-SOD in the blood were significantly higher than those in the radiation group(P<0.05).The content of MDA in liver was significantly lower than that in radiation group(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference compared with positive group.(5)Theabrownin extract to improve 60Coγ irradiated mice blood RBC,PLT,HGB cell content,increased DNA content in bone marrow of mice,enhance the blood of mice SOD,CAT and hepatic T-AOC,T-SOD activity,And the effect of reducing the content of MDA in liver was better than that of tea polysaccharide.In view of the above,Ya’an Tibetan tea,tea polysaccharide extract and tea brown extract can be different from the degree of 60Coγ irradiation on the damage caused by the protective effect of mice to enhance and improve the antioxidant function of mice and Hematopoietic function intensity,to achieve the level of protective effect of drugs(amifostine),in which the protective effect of the three samples have a dose-effect effect,the optimal dose of Yaan Tibetan tea in the dose group,tea polysaccharide high dose group,Tea brown high dose group.It was also found that the extraction capacity of tea brown extract was better than that of tea polysaccharide extract for the protection of hematopoietic function and antioxidant capacity of 60Coγ irradiated mice.
