As one of the earliest metal found by human,copper has widely applications.With the gradual deterioration of the environment,energy conservation has become the development trend of copper smelting enterprises.Oxygen bottom blowing smelting multi-metal trap process is a new type of smelting copper technology,the greatest feature of this process is self-heating melting,and has many advantages,such as high melting strength,raw material applicability,high concentrations of sulfur dioxide in the flue gas is easy to produce sulfuric acid,etc.In line with our sustainable development strategy.It'sthe development trend of the copper smelting industry.Because the melting temperature is important for the entire melting process,so the control of melting temperature is necessary.Melting temperature control system presents the complex nature of nonlinearity,uncertainty and time lag,the traditional PID control effect is not ideal.So for the melting temperature control system,first through the mechanism analysis,establish the process object model of melting temperature,and verify the correctness of the model by actual production data.Secondly,analyzes the characteristics of the smelting process,use the fuzzy control theory to reduce the uncertainties of the controlled object,and then introduction of Smith predictor controllers to address the impact of pure time-delay links.In view of Smith predictor control very strict requirements for the accuracy of the model,so use of model reference adaptive control theory to eliminate the influence of time-varying controlled object.Finally,establish melting temperature control system simulation model by Simulink.Comparing the control effect of traditional PID and fuzzy PID,with or without Smith predictor and model reference adaptive control,and under the situation of model match and mismatch control,with immunity test.The simulation results show that this control method is effective solution to controlled object uncertainty and time delay.Further improve the control accuracy of the melting temperature,provides a theoretical basis for establish the actual control system in the future.
