The metal copper is widely applied in many fields of power, information, construction,machinery manufacturing and transportation. Copper smelting enterprises has been themajor high energy consumption and pollution emissions in the production process, thecopper smelting process, the process of copper sulfide concentrate powder melting intomatte will generate a lot more hazardous air pollutants, causing serious damage to theenvironment. Oxygen bottom blown bath smelting process is a new generation of moltenpool smelting of copper smelting technology of our research and development. the processof charging adaptability, produce copper matte grade is high, the basic realization ofautogenously smelting, the production process does not need to add coal, carbon dioxideisothermal greenhouse gas emissions, sulfur dioxide acidic gas of high concentration andrecovery rate for acid making. So enriched oxygen bottom blowing furnace matte smeltingproduction of automation control system research and development is particularlyimportant.In the light of the enriched oxygen bottom blowing matte smelting process, first of all,the analysis of reaction mechanism and analysis of production data, establish a simplemathematical model of melting temperature. And analyze the factors influencing thereaction temperature, combining with the actual production data, oxygen smelting reactionprocess was established and the mathematical model of temperature. Secondly, in view ofthe large amount of PID control cannot overcome the overshoot and adjustment time islong, poor anti-jamming capability and the defect of control requires human intervention,using the theory of variable domain ideas to improve the precision of fuzzy reasoning,proposed the structure of variable universe fuzzy PID controller system, realize the onlinesetting of PID parameters; System includes the basic PID control unit, the variableuniverse fuzzy PID control unit and scaling factor adjustment unit three units, in the basicPID control unit adopts dynamic response method to determine the value of PIDparameters, the variable universe fuzzy PID control unit of incremental adjustment of PIDparameters, the scaling factor adjustment unit adopts the method of error classification theory of the fuzzy PID domain to adjust the scale of silver, and theory of domain as thesystem control requirements to scale changes. The simulation results show that theproposed method has fast response speed, high precision, strong anti-interference abilityand adaptability good advantage. Finally, the monitoring and control system of oxygensupply based on enriched oxygen bottom blowing furnace, achieve good control effect inpractical application which developed with Siemens automation system.
