In recent years,with the development of wind power,nuclear power and offshore power generation,the demand for large ring products is increasing,and the quality requirements of the rings are more stringent.This requires a higher requirement on the equipment process and equipment precision of the ring parts,and the production of large ring parts with high quality is currently produced by the large rolling ring machine.This article embarks from the actual production,to the south of a listed company is using D53K-7000 diameter axial ring rolling machine as the research object,analyzing the equipment at work often appear after the cone roller end fracture and rolling large ring unstable problem.With Ansys Workbench finite element analysis software for the platform,and the structure of the axial rolling cone roller assembly analysis of statics and modal and hot state,see the axial rolling mechanism of deformation and stress at work,affecting the main cause to the cone roller back-end.According to the analysis results,the axial structure of the cone roller and the end connection of the taper roller are improved,and the overall optimization of the axial rolling mechanism is carried out to meet the actual production requirements.The main research contents are as follows:(1)To investigate the enterprise.In this paper,the factors affecting the rolling stability of ring parts in actual production are summarized,and the specific problems are analyzed and solved.(2)According to the drawings of axial rolling parts provided by the manufacturer,3d modeling is performed using SolidWorks 3d software.The model is imported into the finite element Ansys Workbench,and the finite element analysis is carried out to the rolling mechanism.(3)To the taper roller back-end with the structure of the gear box joint strength and modal analysis,through the analysis found that the strength is not enough,to improve the unreasonable structure,the improved structure with finite element analysis.(4)Thermal analysis of the cone roller axis to check the temperature distribution of the cone roller at high temperature.Knowing and grasping the temperature distribution of the cone roller can better choose the taper roller die material and the cooling cooling of the cone roller to improve the service life of the cone roller.Through the rolling technology of axial frame to adjust backend connection structure optimization and the cone roller,since the implementation of this plan got good effect in actual production,has high practical significance and application value.
