Coal conveyer is an intelligent device which to solve the problem which exists in the practical application of conveyor belt,such as running deviation and uneven blanking.a complete set of equipment of control system can be divided into two parts which are rectifying control system and feeding control system,which to solve the practical problems.make sure that the stability and response speed of the system could meet the technical specifications In the whole design process,.To describe the research background and purpose and main contents of coal conveyer in the process of coal transport system design and research.designing the principle diagram for hydraulic control system and selecting the type of components and building the mathematical model for two closed loop control systems.Building two closed-loop transfer function for the control system,using the formula to verify the output load and response speed of the hydraulic cylinder whether can meets the requirements of reality,using the MATLAB simulation software to build the bode plots to analyze the stability of system,it will be meaningful to analyze the dynamic characteristics when the system of stability is identified.The AMESim simulation software applications,has played a huge role in the process of designing hydraulic system,which can build the simulation model of electromagnetism proportion valve,adjusting the parameters of model to meet the demand of dynamic characteristics of sample.The establishment of a simulation model for the hydraulic cylinder by adjusting the parameters to match the same samples of technical indicators.When after the completion of all the components of the simulation model has been built.It is time to build the whole simulation model of system.and analysis the stability of system by using the method of the PID methods to deal with the signal calibration,and observing experimental phenomena can get good results.the advantage of PLC such as the reliability and the characteristics of low requirements for environment can be used widely in the hydraulic system.the process of learning the PLC working principle,working mode and the way of programming languages are benefit for building the system of the electric control schematic diagram and PLC wiring diagram,and also for editing of the program of PLC.the equipment can meet the demand of reality requirements according to the observation for the experiment.
