The permanent magnet eddy current speed governor uses the induced magnetic field in the conductor plate to interact with the magnetic field of the magnetic disk to transmit torque.The magnetic field capacity can be changed by adjusting the magnetic permeability of the guide disk to control the magnitude of the field strength of the copper disk to speed regulation.The pumping unit is a typical heavy duty starting machine.The motor selection is far more than actual demand,and the assembly power is high.The permanent magnet eddy current speed governor has excellent features such as energy saving,soft start,overloading protection,and large allowable centering error,which can well meet the energy saving requirements of the pumping unit and has broad prospects for development and application.This subject will study the electromagnetic field and eddy current field of the permanent magnet eddy current speed governor based on the structural characteristics and working principle of the permanent magnet eddy current speed governor,combined with theory of the electromagnetic field and finite element simulation.Analyze the transmission capacity,speed performance and energy saving effect of the permanent magnet governor.The specific research contents is as follows:1.Research on the performance of permanent magnet eddy current transmission,it includes theoretical transmission mathematical model,efficiency analysis,and force analysis.The transmission mathematical model is derived by calculating the energy loss caused by eddy current heating and then combining with the efficiency.The relationship between the transmission torque and the transmission power and the main parameters of the eddy electric field can be expressed in detail under the assumption.2.Research on the performance of permanent magnet eddy current drive speed regulation,it includes the principle and structure of speed control,and the dynamic analysis of the working characteristics of the pumping unit.3.Establish a finite element model of a permanent magnet vortex governor,perform transmission simulation analysis,and establish a simulation data regression model.After a large number of simulation calculations,the resulting data is within a range of 0 to 100 r/min,and the regression model can easily guide actual production.4.Structure design and analysis of permanent-magnet eddy current governor,it includes integral governor structure,strength and deformation analysis(finite element).
