Improvement Design Research On The Baby Carriage

Although baby carriages industry is growing in our country,but compared with the baby carriages market in Europe and America,our baby carriages still in its infancy,especially in the areas of product design,our country still lags behind compared with Europe and America.By 2015,the status of the baby carriages industry development of China conducted a survey,the results from the survey can be summed up in the design of the baby carriages the problems.First of all,in terms of security,there are also a lot of security risks.For example,ignore the parts processing,leading to the baby could be scratched;in color application,no binding infant visual developmentfeatures and cognitive psychology of color,feel free to use sophisticated,high-purity bright color,causing baby’s visual and psychological harm.Second,in function,baby carriage single function,can not meet the different needs of the user.Third,in the baby carriage part design,there is no reference to ergonomics,the study of neglected physical and psychological characteristics of the user in the design of components,resulting baby carriage and user uncoordinated,not only reduces the baby carriage comfort and efficiency,but also have extremely adverse effects on the infant’s body.Based on the above design problem,the paper for the design of the baby carriages,to push baby carriages is designed as the main discussion and design objects,in ergonomics as the theoretical basis,from the physiological characteristics and psychological characteristics of infants and adults to study baby carriages design principles,through the main part of the baby carriages,ride sites,operating sites to improve the design.By studying this subject in different parts of the stroller design elements,to solve the design problem in the shape,functionality,safety and comfort,improve safety and comfort,rich use of the product.Finally,theoretical research and practical research to combine,the use of modular design method to improve the design of the baby carriages,complete paper discussion and design practices.Research of this paper mainly includes the following five aspects.First,understand the current situation and problems of the baby carriages,summarized the design principles for the baby carriages,the use of design principles in the shape,form,color and structure,by design principles to guide the design elements to improve product characteristics;second from the perspective of functional studies of folding,shock absorption,brake and body design,description function and security relationship.Third,the combination of ergonomic design study baby carriages components described stroller contact with the baby and adult users,the application of ergonomic principles to guide the stroller components designed to enhance baby carriages safety,comfort and efficiency of harmonious design.Fourth,the study of modular design,stroller design method describes the application,indicating the modular design of practicality,economy.Fifth,the user survey,designed specifically to improve the content,presentation of the baby carriages shape,color,functions and components of improved design methods and content.The purpose of the baby carriages improved,except for the baby carriages product characteristics,summarized for our designers reference design principles,but also based on ergonomics to improve baby carriages parts,solve the problem of functional so that not only meet the baby and adults on functional requirements,but also to meet the aesthetic needs of people,and improve security.Significance of this research,to better highlight the products of concern for users,reflecting the "people first" philosophy,and actively promote the development of the industry of the baby carriage.
