Research On The Internal Control Of Sustainable Development Of Hunan Liuyang Fireworks Co.,Ltd.

The fireworks industry is a traditional high-risk and high-profit industry in China.In recent years,due to the constraints of national policies,the strengthening of environmental protection awareness,haze weather,and frequent occurrence of security accidents,the industry outlook is not optimistic and affects the sustainable development of the fireworks industry.An important force to promote the sustainable development of enterprises is to improve the internal management level of enterprises.Therefore,how to support the sustainable development of Hunan Liuyang Fireworks Co.,Ltd.(refer to Liuyang Fireworks as followed)through the improvement of the internal control system has become an urgent issue under the background of its time.After a systematic review of relevant literature on sustainable development and internal controls,this paper uses the sustainable development internal control theory and the current situation of the Liuyang Fireworks Co.,Ltd.on the sustainable development of internal control based on a field visit survey of Liuyang Fireworks.,problems and causes of systematic analysis,the study found Liuyang Fireworks internal control system,there are four main deficiencies:family management,unscientific organizational structure,backward human resources management;risk assessment vacancy;control activities are not perfect,Lack of internal supervision.Its causes mainly include:the internal control system is not perfect;the awareness of the importance of management is inadequate;the awareness of risk control is weak;the control activities are short-circuited;and the permanent supervision agency is absent.Based on this,combined with the production characteristics of the fireworks industry and Liuyang Fireworks,Liuyang Fireworks proposes to improve the internal control framework from the following aspects:to create a good internal control environment;to strengthen risk prevention and prevention mechanisms;to optimize internal control activities;to improve the internal supervision system.The study of this article can enrich the case of internal control to promote the sustainable development of the enterprise,and the other provides reference for other enterprises in the fireworks industry to improve the internal control system.
