As China advocates green construction,energy-saving construction,and environmental protection construction,the industrialization road of green building with Chinese characteristics is adopted.The fabricated building has advantages in energy saving,water saving,land saving,material saving and environmental protection obviously.Due to the late start of prefabricated concrete structure in China and the difference between its construction mode with traditional cast-in-place concrete structure,the safety issues in prefabricated structure construction become more prominent.Based on the above two factors,in this paper,through a summary of the existing traditional architecture of hazard research and combining with the characteristics of the fabricated structure construction,a modified safety evaluation method suitable for fabricated structure is proposed,the risk management and safety control of fabricated structure are studied on this basis,the reasonableness and feasibility of the conclusion are verified by the conclusion of an example of prefabricated structural engineering.In order to carry out more reasonable and clear safety control measures for the hazard in the construction stage of the prefabricated structure,and applied in the engineering example,to reduce the probability of building accidents.The main research results are as follows:(1)Combined with the construction characteristics of five process in prefabricated structure construction,give full consideration to the construction personnel,construction materials,construction machines and tools,such as the risk of possible information,combined with the security table checking method to identify the hazards that exist in the construction process of prefabricated structure.(2)Through to the safety assessment of existing MES and LEC method analyzes the flaws of the two on the improvement and supplement to improve,and based on the inherent risk of prefabricated concrete structure construction and control measures and the accident consequences of comprehensive evaluation,the paper proposes a suitable for prefabricated construction correction method of safety evaluation,its rationality was verified.By analyzing and improving the existing defects in the existing MES and LEC safety evaluation methods,according to the inherent risk and control measures of the construction of the prefabricated concrete structure and the comprehensive evaluation of the accident consequences,a suitable safety evaluation method for the construction of prefabricated concrete structure is proposed,and its rationality is verified.Then set up a complete assessment system for hazard assessment of prefabricated structure construction,calculate the risk score and divide the risk grade.(3)According to the proposed safety assessment system for hazard of prefabricated structure and the target of safety construction control management,combined with the construction characteristics of prefabricated structure,identified hazard are controlled by the GIS video surveillance,field monitoring and other monitoring methods,a warning system for construction characteristics of the prefabricated structure was designed.Through the combination of this system,an emergency control scheme is proposed for the possible accidents in the construction of the prefabricated structure to achieve the effect of safety control,thus building a completely safety control and control monitoring and warning system.
