| In recent years,countries pay more attention to the development of prefabricated construction,compared with the traditional casting construction,can reduce many potential safety hazard,high risk,high pollution and high energy consumption problem can also be effectively solved,however,due to its construction technology and the process is more complex,also created a lot of new concerns,lead to security the locus of control also has a huge change,therefore,we still need to be fully attaches great importance to the safety management work.The combination of BIM technology and prefabricated concrete building construction can effectively solve all kinds of problems in design,production and construction.However,due to the influence of management and technology,the application of BIM technology is only reflected in the theoretical level,and it is difficult to implement it into practice.In this study,as the research object for prefabricated concrete building construction safety management,choose to apply a variety of research methods,including literature research,text mining and the WBS method,influence factors for effective identification of construction safety,sums up the technology can be used to solve the problem,based on BIM as the backing,to regulate the reasonable scheme of construction safety management,combined with the actual project requirements,launched a series of application analysis,aims to provide a reference for other practices and research work.First of all,based on WBS method,summarized the characteristics of prefabricated building construction safety management,combined with the literature of the corresponding with the safety standards system and choosing the way of application of text mining technology,to extract safety accident reason analysis,construction safety influencing factors in the identification of all,Establish a safety factor system and screen out the factors that are suitable for the use of BIM technology.Secondly,the BIM framework model matching with the security influencing factors can be divided into three levels,namely the data layer,the application layer and the model layer.The application research of the BIM model is mainly carried out in the application module analysis and the application research during the construction period,which provides guidance for the subsequent empirical research stage.Finally,select the sanmenxia city as a case study on a project,launched a series of empirical research,combined with BIM application methods and implementation effect,verify the feasibility of the scheme,summarizes the implementation effect,through carries on the analysis summary,provide guiding basis for later research work,therefore has important research value.In this paper,there are a total of 40 figures and 15 tables,and a total of 57 selected references. |
