With the development of the economy and the uncertainty of the market,enterprises are facing the challenges that follow,there are more and more risk factors in the process of operation,and the frequent occurrence of bankruptcy incidents at large domestic and foreign companies,caused people’s attention to risk management.In recent years,with the continuous development of China’s economy and increasingly fierce market competition,the risks faced by Chinese companies have increased,as part of the main body of China’s market,the healthy development of enterprises has a very important impact on China’s economy.Therefore,in order to improve the level of enterprise management,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,and promote the steady development of enterprises,the SASAC has formulated and issued the "Guidelines for Comprehensive Risk Management of Central Enterprises" to guide enterprises in carrying out comprehensive risk management work,this also indicates that China’s enterprises must implement comprehensive risk management without delay.After this guideline was issued,some state-owned enterprises began to carry out comprehensive risk management work within the company as required.But different companies are in different operating environments,faced with different risks,and China’s research on comprehensive risk management practices is still relatively scarce,it is not always very smooth when conducting comprehensive risk management.Based on this situation,in order to enrich the current case experience of corporate comprehensive risk management,this article will select a representative state-owned enterprise to exploring the implementation of comprehensive risk management.This article is based on the "Guidelines for Comprehensive Risk Management for Central Enterprises" promulgated by SASAC,taking YZ company as a typical case for analysis.YZ Company is a large state-owned enterprise in Shandong Province and a traditional coal enterprise in Shandong Province.In recent years,through mergers and restructuring,many coal companies have become large-scale diversified coal enterprise groups across regions and industries,the scope and difficulty of the management of coal companies have rapidly increased,the internal and external environments facing them have become more and more complex,and the frequency and severity of risks have increased.If the important risk is not properly controlled,it may have a very significant adverse impact on the survival and development of coal companies.If the important risks are not properly controlled,it may have a very significant adverse impact on the survival and development of coal companies.Therefore,coal companies urgently need to take scientific measures to improve their risk management and control capabilities.YZ company is facing the trend of global resource integration,capital flow,and market competition,actively promoting the improvement of traditional business management models,and conducting comprehensive risk management work under the requirements of the SASAC.At present,YZ Company already has a risk management working group,developed a set of risk management information system independently,implemented risk initial information collection and risk assessment,and every year,the major risks assessed will propose countermeasures.This article first analyzes the problems that YZ company has in risk management,such as insufficient understanding of risk management culture,insufficient initial information collection for risk management,and risk response measures that are too general,then discusses the causes of these problems,including the weakness of the comprehensive risk management culture,the incompleteness of risk identification mechanisms,and the inadequacy of risk assessment and analysis capabilities.In response to these problems,some suggestions on how to improve YZ’s comprehensive risk management work were proposed.In this paper,through the study of the enterprise’s comprehensive risk management theory and practical case studies,it is found that enterprise comprehensive risk management is a tool that can fully manage enterprise risks and regulate business activities,it plays an important role in the current challenges and challenges of the globalization.At the same time,when companies conduct comprehensive risk management,they should also note that comprehensive risk management is not independent of another system of the existing management system,but the excavation and use of existing data,and it is the integration of the existing management system,including the content of the internal control of the enterprise.Comprehensive risk management is not only the work of a certain department,but also a management activity that requires the entire enterprise to participate in it.This requires companies to establish a complete risk management organization system: the decision-makers should attach great importance to the management of risk management from the top down;the functional departments should play a professional literacy and perform the integration and transfer of risk management;the responsible departments should clearly define the responsibilities and do a good job in day-to-day business activities.Risk prevention and control.In addition,all staff can participate by strengthening the enterprise’s comprehensive risk management culture,and information disclosure on risk management reports can also be implemented to strengthen shareholders’ supervision of corporate risk management,Makes comprehensive risk management work organized and secure.
