Hot washing is the main method of wax removal in oilfield,however,the conventional hot wash has problems such as large amount of washing medium,low thermal efficiency,and easy to cause oil layer pollution,in order to reduce the influence of these problems,some oil fields in China began to introduce superconducting hot cleaning technology.At present,the superconducting hot cleaning of the pumping well is mainly based on the field experience to determine the parameters of superconducting thermal washing,lack of relevant theoretical guidance,and the operation specifications need to be improved.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the study on the calculation method of superconducting hot washing process parameters of pumping well.It is of practical significance to define the applicable conditions for superconducting heat wash parameters,improve the efficiency of heat wash,and save energy consumption.Based on a large number of literatures and on-site data research,this paper summarizes the research status and application of oil well dewaxing law and oil field.On the basis of fully understanding the heat transfer law of superconducting devices,based on the basic theories of heat transfer and the principle of energy conservation,established a superconducting hot wash oil well temperature distribution in the process of physical model and mathematical model,and the corresponding calculation method is given,and the program for calculating the superconducting hot washing well temperature is compiled.The program can calculate the position of the oil well paraffin deposit and superconducting hot wellbore temperature distribution in the process of washing,summarizes the producing fluid volume,submergence and moisture content on the effects of the superconducting hot wash,at the same time the superconducting hot wash heating energy consumption of the formula is deduced,for rod-pumped well superconducting hot wash process formulation and application of technical specifications laid a theoretical foundation.
