With the increasing number of urban population and the increasing pace of industrialization,urban sewage treatment is getting more and more attention.With the support of national policies and funds,China's sewage treatment industry has made great progress,and the main urban sewage treatment market has gradually become saturated.In the current situation,the enterprise how to extend new market,or how to use the current qualifications,business related field,so as to realize the expansion of business scale and enhanced the overall strength,merger and acquisition is a fast and effective path.However,mergers and acquisitions do not automatically bring about the growth of enterprises,and the lack of enterprise resources integration is the main reason.The sewage treatment plant(A and B factory)only pay full attention to the integration of human resources,complete and perfect the reorganization and integration of the post-merger resources,so as to realize the original intention of the merger.This paper analyzes the potential impact of human resource integration on mergers and acquisitions in wastewater treatment plants and summarizes relevant theories of human resource integration.Sewage treatment plant were analyzed in the human resources integration in the process of mergers and acquisitions,including human resources integration in the process of the neglected the characteristics of the sewage treatment industry,the core staff retention,culture docking and fusion,psychological guide employees and A series of problems,targeted sewage treatment plant is put forward to solve the problems of the human resource integration in m&a strategy and way of thinking,in order to improve the sewage treatment plant(A factory and B factory)operability and effectiveness of the merger integration process,tentative offers A full set of all routing solution human resources integration and supporting measures,so as to make the sewage treatment plant(A factory and B factory)successful acquisition plan,implement the plant after the merger strategy target of dynamic,systematic and comprehensive,thus to further promote the development of sewage treatment industry to provide effective experience for reference.
