In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and the optimization of industrial structure,a large number of petrochemical parks with industrial agglomeration have emerged.At the same time,the petrochemical industry is an area where major sources of danger are gathered.Once a fire accident occurs,major casualties and property losses are easily caused.At present,the fire safety management of most petrochemical parks still mainly depends on traditional manual inspections and empirical analysis methods,and lacks intelligent and scientific auxiliary management methods.This study focuses on fire risk management and emergency evacuation.Based on the knowledge of GIS,fire risk assessment and emergency evacuation,a GIS system for fire safety management in petrochemical parks was developed to address the current status of fire safety management in petrochemical parks.Some problems exist to realize the intelligence and visualization of fire risk assessment,and the scientific and high-efficiency of emergency evacuation management.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Combine GIS visualization technology to construct a fire risk assessment model.A petrochemical park risk assessment index system was established,a mathematical model for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was introduced,and an expert consultation method was selected as a method for determining the index weights to realize fire risk assessment of petrochemical parks,and the assessment results were visually exported and displayed in a thematic map format.(2)Combining GIS spatial analysis functions,build an emergency evacuation model.The fire impact regional analysis model uses the GIS buffer zone analysis function to visualize the impact scope of the accident based on the characteristics of the fire accident scenario.The evacuation site location model is based on the evacuation site location index system,and the GIS overlay analysis function is used to select the best refuge point;The good path planning model comprehensively considers a variety of factors,calls the GIS network analysis function,analyzes the best evacuation route and the best warning route.(3)Visual Studio software development platform,ArcEngine secondary development method,and SQL Server database management system were selected.SDX For SQL Server was used as the database engine to complete electronic map operations,fire risk assessment,and fire emergency rescue through C#language.Functional module development and integration.(4)The park fire risk assessment and emergency evacuation command GIS system was applied to the Shenghong Petrochemical Park to test the reliability and functionality of the system to achieve basic map operations,fire risk assessment,fire impact analysis,best evacuation site selection,and Good evacuation path planning function.The GIS system meets the day-to-day needs of safety management departments in the petrochemical park and has important practical significance in fire risk management and emergency evacuation management.
