Mengxi power generation co.,ltd.is a domestic 300 MW circulating fluidized bed unit put into operation earlier,according to the construction of the environmental protection requirements,the use of spraying calcium inside the furnace desulfurization technology,the technology and equipment simple,less investment,but for the control of sulfur dioxide is very unstable,numerical volatility,difficult to adjust.With the improvement of atmospheric pollutant emission standard,it is difficult to reach the environmental requirements.This dissertation introduces the integration of desulphurization and dust removal of Mengxi power generation co.LTD.The main content of the renovation is the new limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization tower,and a vertical wet type dust collector in the top of desulfurization tower.The limestone-gypsum wet process of desulphurization process is simple,advanced and reliable,and is widely regulated.It is the most widely used desulfurization process for flue gas desulphurization at home and abroad.Wet electrostatic precipitator in steel mills,coal chemical enterprises in China and some other pollutants processing small small boiler has a certain application,the application in the standard condition millions of air volume of flue gas treatment,as a kind of experiment,and experiment.Performance before and after the modification of sorting and analyzing the experimental data,the desulfurization dust removal integration of the flue gas emission can be effectively controlled,the application of wet electric dust technology can effectively prevent the carry gypsum flue gas condition.It is very effective and necessary for increasing pollutant emission standard to add dust remover after desulfurization to eliminate the gypsum and control smoke emission.
