| The safety of substation construction projects is very important to the entire main network project.Many researchers are devoting themselves to applying advanced technologies in safety management in order to improve the safety management of substation construction projects.However,most of the researches have focused on the safety management in operation phase and construction phase,there is still a lack of effective risk identification methods and techniques in the design phase.So it is required to use advanced technologies and theories to identify and control potential safety hazards during the design phase.BIM(Building Information Modeling)is an emerging visual information technology in the construction industry.And it is applicable to the construction project’s life cycle management.Furthermore,as an effective risk identification theory,Risk Driver Analysis can identify most of the potential safety hazards in advance during the design phase of a construction project.This paper tries to combine BIM and Risk Driver and study how to use them in the safety management of the substation design project.First of all,this paper find the deficiencies of the research on risk identification so far in the design stage.Second,this paper explores the theoretical basis and technical basis for applying the two technologies to safety management through the concepts and characteristics study,establishment of safety risk drivers and BIM safety management analysis.Then this paper develops the substation design project safety management system,and introduces each function module of the system.Finally,this paper discusses the application scheme and application suggestion of substation project safety management system according to a case studying,and carries out the benefit analysis.This paper provides a new research perspective and technical method for the safety management of substation design projects.Substation design project safety management information system can effectively improve the safety management level of substation construction project.At the same time,it can alse provide reference for the safety management of the entire life cycle of power construction project. |
