| With the vigorous development of social economy and the continuous improvement of national electricity demand,the construction scale,types and quantity of electric power construction projects in China are constantly increasing,and the reform pace of power industry is also accelerating.Substation engineering is an important part of electric power construction project,and its construction process belongs to high-risk and high-intensity operation.Due to the characteristics of various construction types,complex process,many difficulties,high requirements for construction period,and complex composition of construction personnel,its construction safety management is complex and difficult,which needs to be solved and improved.Starting from the safety management theory,this dissertation takes the construction project of 110 kV substation as the research object,and carries out the project management based on the safety management manual of the project department.The safety review and communication work is deeply involved in each link of the safety management,and the risk control of safety management is studied with an example.First of all,the background and significance of the study,as well as its methods and content are described,and the related research situation is summarized.Then,the concept and characteristics of operation management of power transmission and transformation project are summarized,and the implementation specifications and methods of safety management system are summarized.Secondly,the case of 110 kV project is introduced,and the project management status and existing problems are described.The occurrence rate and importance of main accidents in 110 kV transmission and transformation project are analyzed by fault tree method.Taking the construction safety accident of substation project as the top event,a multi-layer fault tree is constructed to analyze each sub event and its minimum cut set.Combined with the accident statistical data,the importance of the sub events is calculated and sorted,and the top three bottom events are summarized,so as to systematically analyze the main events of project dangerous point control.The safety risk evaluation system based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP)and membership principle is constructed,and the safety risk of case project is evaluated.Finally,according to the results of fault tree analysis and risk evaluation index system,the corresponding safety protection measures are formulated,and the research work of this dissertation is summarized and prospected. |
