| At present,there are many safety management businesses in substation reconstruction projects.Business is related to the review of many departments and personnel,and the overall procedures are relatively complex.Applicants usually lack knowledge of business processes,which leads to problems such as lag and inefficiency in business processing.This thesis is based on the approval and management of the safety process of the existing substation reconstruction project,based on the process of management and control,to achieve a comprehensive process management model of project application and approval.The following works are implemented:1.The business scope and business process involved in the safety management of35 k V substation reconstruction project is analyzed,and the typical functions of the system is analyzed,including the basic information management of business process,approval management,process inquiry,security documents,etc.2.Through the investigation of the operating environment of electric power enterprises,the typical functional requirements were analyzed.Confirm the system and physical structure,and then by selecting some typical functions,each functional module of the system is designed in detail.In the final design phase to complete the design of the database.3.The typical functions are selected,use Java EE framework,JAVA language to complete the design and development,the database is the choice of SQL Server to achieve substation transformation management module.4.The function and performance related tests are carried out.The data obtained from the tests demonstrate that the function meets the requirements of management,and the system runs stably and reliably.It has been put into application in a substation reconstruction business department,and the effect is good. |
