With rapid development of China's economy,people's living standards are increasing year by year,More and more people are inclined to choose wood products in their daily life,at the same time,wooden hanger won the favor of the market year by year.With the demand of wooden hanger sharply increases,promotes the development of China's machinery industry on wooden hanger.Therefore,we designed a Dedicated Machine for cutting and openning tenon to meet the urgent demand of manufacturers for wooden hanger with highly efficiency and precision machining for the production of wooden hanger cut off and tenon processing molding.This article makes a deep study on the wooden hanger processing technology.Beyond that,we makes a structure and function comparative analysis of domestic and foreign existing wooden hanger processing equipment,determine the processing flow of Dedicated Machine.Determine the machine design program and the main technical parameters according to the mode of machine tool movement and overall layout requirements.Combined the rack,workbench,powertrain,automated feeding mechanism assembly and plate conveying mechanism assembly etc,completed the overall structural design of Dedicated Machine.Useing SolidWorks2010 software for machine three-dimensional modeling,assembling and interference analysis and then verify the structural design of the rationality.We designed the structural of the machine tool powertrain based on calculation for the Cutting force and Cutting power and then the finite element analysis of the machine tool key components is completed by SolidWorks Simulation software.Through statics simulation analysis of the open tenon shaft and power bracket,the stress,strain and deformation nephogram are obtained,which check the strength and stiffness of them.Through modal analysis of the open tenon shaft and power bracket,the first 4 natural frequencies and mode shapes are received,which examine the vibration stability of them,and make sure that the structural design is safe and reasonable.Finally,the above analytical results provide ideas and evidence for the design of other key components.We designed the control system for Dedicated Machine based that the finished of structural design.Through analysis of the PLC control system,combined with equipment workflow designed electrical schematics,select electrical components,etc.Take the control of a working cycle after the whole machine starts as an example,finish the control system programming design.The design and reserch on the structure and control system of Dedicated Machine for cutting and opening tenon of Wooden Hanger achieved the purposes that high-efficiency cutting and openning tenon,not noly met the demand of manufacturers on production quantity and the demand of quality,but also provide new ideas for the design of high-end wood panel processing equipment.
