Sofa is the necessary furniture for indoor sitting posture.Sofa cuhion is the direct contact part of human body.Its supporting performance is closely related to the comfort of sitting posture.However,at present,in the design and production process,sofa enterprises still lack the perfect support performance quantitative system and scientific basis for the choice of sofa elastic materials.In this paper.According to the GBT10807-2006 and ASTM D3574-B1,based on the sofa seat surface foam layer,the sofa table cover cloth and the spring seat frame are used in the sofa enterprises.The load deformation test of the seat surface is carried out.The supporting performance of the sofa seat surface is quantified by analyzing the IFD and supporting performance indexes of the sofa seat.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The K1 and T1 of the double layer foam increased with the increase of the hardness of the upper layer foam,and the lower foam had no significant effect on K1 and T1,and K2 and T2 increased with the increase of the hardness of the upper and lower foams.The surface covering and spring seat frame have significant effects on T1,K1 and K2 of foam combination,but have no significant effect on T2 and K3.After the installation of the sofa cloth,the T1,K1 and K2 of the foam combination decreased,and the T1,K1 and K2 of the foam combination decreased after the installation of the surface cloth sleeve and the spring seat frame.The smaller the K1,T1 and K2,the smaller the pressure distribution between the loading head and the sofa seat,the better the comfort of the sofa seat surface.(2)The upper foam of double foam assembly has small indentation hardness,and the lower foam has great hardness and good supporting performance.The greater the difference between the upper and lower foams of the foam layer,the greater the SF(support factor),the better the supporting performance of the foam seat.The IHF value of the double foam combination is not only related to the hardness of the foam,but also to the type of foam.When the upper foam is the same foam,the IHF value decreases with the increase of the hardness of the upper foam,while the lower foam has no significant effect on the IHF value of the double foam combination.MIF(elastic irregular factor)is not only related to the hardness of the foam,but also related to the types of foams.When the surface foam is used as a common polyester foam,the smaller the difference in the hardness of the upper and lower foams,the more the MIF value is close to 0 and the better the comfort;when the surface foam is used for high rebound When foam is used,the difference between the upper and lower foams is greater.The MIF value tends to be closer to 0,and the comfort is better.(3)The surface cloth cover and spring seat frame have significant effects on SF,IHF and MIF of foam combination.When the surface cloth is installed,the SF of the foam assembly decreases,the supporting property becomes worse,MIF is closer to 0,and the comfort becomes better;IHF increases,and the softness becomes better.After installing the surface cloth sleeve of the sofa and the spring seat frame,the SF of the foam combination decreases and the support is worse;the MIF is closer to 0,the comfort is better,the IHF increases,and the softness becomes better.
