The structure, shell fabric, vertical deflection and creep resistance properties of sofa cushion was investigated in this study. The aim of this study was through the fundamental research on theory and application changing the lag behind situation. The mainly results showed as following:The profiling of song (straight) combination and overlaying made from poplar plywood accessories and repairs has the superposition of advantages with promotional modeling. The nail gun way connected to T-junction has a higher ben ding stiffness.The differences and influencing factors were analysed by testing the performance of leather sofa fabric. The corresponding test methods were established according to the characteristics of sofa fabric.With a certain load, the deformation of sofa cushions under pressure could be evaluated by the mechanical model of semi-infinite space under vertical concentrated force at the boundary surface, which created favorable conditions of improving the structure and properties of sofa cushions.Burgers model can be used to simulate the mechanical behavior of short-term creep of sofa cushions. The rebound performance differences of sofa cushions could be judged from the size of residual deflection. The instantaneous elastic deformation (a) and viscous flow deformation (d) increased significantly with the increase of the load. The coefficient of instantaneous elastic deformation (Ee) in spring sofa cushion was significantly greater than the foam sofa cushions, while the fabric types on the sofa cushions for greater impact on the overall resistance to deformation.The coefficient of instantaneous elastic deformation (Ee) and load size were not closely related, it merely reflected the ability of material resistance to deformation, however, the coefficient of delayed elastic deformation (Ed) and the size of sofa cushions and load was closely related. The viscosity coefficient (η1) and (η2) had no significant relationship with the load size. Resistance to permanent deformation of spring sofa cushions was significantly higher than the foam sofa cushions. The fabric of sofa cushions could affect the relaxation time.
