With the rapid development of the domestic bridge construction,the amount of steel used for bridges has increased dramatically.Ordinary steel in the sea area,especially warm and humid conditions,increased corrosion,greatly reducing the service life of the building,which also makes the construction costs greatly increased maintenance.The use of stainless steel can effectively increase the anti-corrosion ability,but in the past two years the price of nickel in the international market keeps increasing the price of stainless steel,so a large amount of use of stainless steel makes the construction cost increase rapidly.With the research and development of metal compounding technology in recent years,more and more people pay attention to the stainless steel / carbon steel composite bar and its compound theory and rolling technology are constantly researched and designed.Among many large-scale industrialized continuous production methods,rolling is one of the best production methods,and scholars have carried out relevant research and achieved certain results.Research on carbon steel pass system rolling stainless steel / carbon steel composite steel can promote its industrialization of continuous production process,this article as a starting point for the study.In this paper,the hot-coupled continuous rolling process of stainless steel / carbon steel composite rebar produced by blasting composite round billet through carbon steel rebar(ellipse-circle)was studied.Due to the cumbersome on-site rolling experiments and high experimental costs,therefore,this paper uses the commercial finite element software MSC.Marc to simulate the stainless steel / carbon steel composite bar rolling process.First,the system parameters were calculated and the 3D model was drawn using 3D software and imported into Marc software for rolling simulation.In the process of simulation calculation,grid distortion often occurs,which affects the accuracy of simulation results and even affects the normal operation of simulation calculation.Through the selection of grid density,relaxation processing function,grid adaptive function and rolling speed setting to improve grid quality and successfully solve the problem of grid distortion,making the simulation of rolling process smoothly.From the stress distribution,the contrast of the rolling force curve,the deformation process of the cladding metal,the simulated section after rolling and the product section comparison,the simulation results are analyzed.Finally,the bonding interface of stainless steel / carbon steel composite bar is observed by metallographic corrosion,the bonding force between the composite layers is measured by a pressure tester,and the oxygen content is detected by energy spectrum scanning.
