| Stainless steel clad profile is a new type of profile rolled by carbon steel and stainless steel.It has good mechanical properties and anti-corrosion properties,and has broad application prospects.Taking the clad10#channel steel as the research object,this paper establishes the simulation model of clad channel steel rolling process,and studies the influence laws of metal flow,contour forming and cladding thickness change in the rolling process under different process parameters and pass parameters.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The rough,medium and finish rolling models of stainless steel clad channel steel are established based on ABAQUS CAE.The variation laws of metal flow,stress-strain and section profile in the process of rough,medium and finish rolling are analyzed;The comprehensive evaluation model of clad channel steel based on analytic hierarchy process is=0.485(31-0.28(32-0.167(33-0.068(34,and the model is used to evaluate the influence of rough,medium and finish rolling process on the uniformity of cladding profile.The result is that medium rolling has the greatest influence on the non-uniformity of cladding profile.(2)The main process parameters affecting the profile of clad channel steel,rolling temperature,rolling friction coefficient and rolling speed are compared and simulated,and the influence law of process parameters on the profile forming of medium rolling cladding is studied.The results show that with the increase of temperature,the thickness of the bottom of the leg tends to decrease gradually,the coating thickness of the inner arc first increases and then stabilizes,and the coating thickness of the upper waist gradually decreases and then stabilizes.With the increase of friction coefficient,the thickness of the bottom of the leg first increases and then decreases,the wall thickness at the radius of the inner arc gradually increases,and the thickness of the upper side of the waist gradually decreases.With the increase of rolling speed,the thickness of the bottom end of the leg continues to increase,the thickness of the inner arc first decreases and then increases,and the coating thickness on the upper side of the waist continues to decrease.(3)The variation laws of the outer side wall slope,waist thickness and height of the slitting hole on the cladding profile forming are studied,and the profile uniformity under different parameters is evaluated by using the cladding channel steel comprehensive evaluation model.The results show that appropriately reducing the outer wall slope,waist thickness and hole height can improve the uniformity of the cladding profile.(4)The industrial rolling experiment of clad channel steel is carried out,and the samples of K9~K1 passes are obtained.After measurement,the minimum coating thickness of finished channel steel is 0.214mm,which meets the standard,and the feasibility of clad channel steel rolling is verified.The rolling profile is quantitatively compared with the simulation profile to verify the correctness of the simulation model.Through metallographic analysis,shear strength test and element diffusion test,it is found that after rough rolling,all passes of the composite blank are free of micro holes and cracks,and the metallurgical bonding of the composite surface from rough rolling to finish rolling is good;The shear strength after rough rolling decreases with the increase of reduction,and the clad section steel has been well metallurgical bonded after rough rolling;From the stainless steel side to the carbon steel side,the content of Cr and Ni decreases gradually,the content of Fe increases gradually,the content of C remains basically unchanged,and the area of element transition is the bimetallic composite surface of clad channel steel. |
