Research On The Progress Management Of The Design Stage Of X Project Heating Furnace In S Company

With China’s formal accession to the WTO,it brings both opportunities and challenges to the large petrochemical enterprises in China.With the rapid development of petrochemical industry in China,a large number of construction projects have been developed in the country’s large-scale project investment.Engineering design plays an important role in the whole project,and the design documents greatly determine the cost and quality of the whole project.The design schedule plays an important role in restraining,driving and coordinating the subsequent procurement and construction.The preparation and management plan of the research design schedule plays a vital role in ensuring the progress control of the whole project.This paper firstly introduces the actual conditions of a project S company X,using the method such as WBS,PERT and CPM and tools introduced X project engineering design process and result of schedule management,points out that the X project engineering design schedule management after the time limit for a project delay phenomenon is found that the main problems,including Unreasonable schedule,owner delivery time later than the agreed time,owner modified design scheme,suppliers to provide drawings and design personnel requirements drawings don’t match result in several revisions,design personnel is contained in a number of new design,the designer and checking people didn’t work coordination,etc.Through for all influence factors to prepare the WBS form and the PERT network chart,find out the critical path,with the method of human resource and time distribution,the work package of critical path schedule optimization,ultimately achieve the goal of contract period to deliver the design results.According to the optimization process of the construction period,the control plan is formed and the results of the original plan and the improvement plan are compared and analyzed.The new schedule plan is far superior to the original plan schedule.With a review of the whole research process,develop a more reasonable project schedule management,improve the S company furnace design schedule management level,and provide reference for future furnace design schedule management.
