| The traditional drainage cover(ordinary concrete cover plate,metal cover plate,resin type cover plate,etc.)can easily cause water accumulation in urban roads,and the objects on the municipal pavement are easily blocked by the holes in the cover board to the drain ditch,resulting in the decrease or failure of the drainage efficiency.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to develop new urban drainage facilities,to eliminate the precipitation in time and effectively,and to create good travel conditions for the residents’ walking and driving safety.Firstly,the research status and results of water permeable concrete at home and abroad are summarized and analyzed and a new type of urban drainage facilities——carbon fiber concrete permeable cover is put forward.Secondly,the paper analyzes the mechanism of pervious concrete and the main factors that affect its mechanical and hydraulic performance,and determines the research plan and technical line.Finally,the mechanical and permeable properties of carbon fiber reinforced concrete were studied.The influence degree of the mechanical properties(compressive strength,flexural strength)and hydraulic performance(water permeability coefficient)of the test specimen was quantitatively analyzed by the factors such as water cement ratio,carbon fiber volume rate and porosity.On this basis,the optimal laboratory mix ratio to meet the performance of the road was obtained.Through research,the following research results have been achieved.(1)when the water cement ratio is 0.30 and the volume fraction of carbon fiber is 1%,the coincidence degree between the target porosity and the measured porosity is the most similar;(2)through the analysis of the strength and permeability test data of pervious concrete,the best mixture ratio is 0.25,the volume rate of carbon fiber is 1.5%,and the porosity is 15%.The compressive strength is about 23.81 MPa,the flexural strength is about 7.73 MPa,and the permeability coefficient is about 0.52cm/s;(3)the ratio of compression to fracture of permeable concrete is between 2 and 4,and the fitting relation between compressive strength and flexural strength of different carbon fiber volume fraction is obtained;(4)the strength of pervious concrete is negatively related to the permeability coefficient;(5)the volume rate of carbon fiber,porosity and the interaction of two factors have significant influence on the test results,and the porosity has a more obvious effect on the permeability of pervious concrete;(6)based on the experimental results,considering the comprehensive fatigue and water permeability requirements,the size and maintenance method of the permeable cover plate which meets the width of the 20 m city road are put forward. |
