The Automatic Control Technology Of Forming And Welding For Reinforcing Cage Welding Machine

Based on the project of " Numerical control production equipment of general polygon bar cage(20160201003GX/01)" in which our school works with the company-Siping ovm Machinery Co.Ltd,this paper is devoted to solving the problem of automatic control of forming and welding of reinforcing cage welding machine.As an important part of precast concrete components,the degree of automation of reinforcing cage welding machine will directly affect the quality and efficiency of precast concrete components production.At present,the reinforcing cage welding machine needs manual debugging when welding different kinds of steel bars,and there are some phenomena such as virtual welding and leakage welding.And it wastes a lot of time and materials,so it is necessary to do research on automatic control of forming and welding.To realize automatic control of reinforcement cage forming,first of all,study the theory of reinforcement cage forming and build the cage shape modeling-establishing stretch bending forming model and combination forming model.Analyze the two model and obtain the relationship between wheel pressure and cage parameters when the stirrup tension is constant.The model is simulated.Secondly,in order to achieve automatic welding control,the principle of solder joint capture and the conditions of successful solder joint capture are studied.Based on the theory of reinforcement cage forming and the principle of automatic welding control,the forming and welding control system of steel cage welding machine is designed.Finally,three test tests are designed,including motor synchronous control test,communication test between host computer and controller,overall test of control system.It is used to check the reliability of forming and welding control system of reinforcing cage welding machine.The simulation result of reinforcement cage forming shows that stretch bending forming model and the combination forming model of reinforcement cage can be established to form the reinforcement cage.The test of control system shows that the automatic control of forming and welding of reinforcing cage machine can automatically control the forming and welding control system of reinforcing cage welding machine.
