Fill mining method has been widely used with the advantages of mineral resources in the exploitations such as high recovery rate of resouces,make full use of solid waste to protect the environment,control surface subsidence protection of surface features.Filling process including filling material selection,slurry preparation,pipeline transportation and stope filling.In this paper,the loss of slurry resistance is taken as the research object By analyzing the rheological properties of the slurry and combining with the mathematical method,the sensitivity of the influencing factors on the resistance loss of the slurry pipeline is analyzed.Based on this,the paper makes the following conclusions on the multi gradient optimization of the conveying parameters of a certain iron ore:Through the rheological test,the rheological properties of the slurry in the unclassified tailings of a mine were analyzed.The mass concentration had a great influence on the rheological properties of the slurry.The order of sensitivity of the factors affecting the resistance loss of slurry pipeline transportation is the pipe diameter> mass concentration> flow rate.The formula for calculating the resistance loss of the slurry is obtained through regression analysis:P=-5187.28+7873.22c+381.90v+21.22D-42.46v~2+0.01D~3-36.9cD-0.89vDThe resistance loss of the slurry pipeline decreases gradually with the increase of the diameter of the slurry,which is inversely proportional.When the diameter is less than 220 mm,the resistance loss of the slurry changes rapidly.When the diameter of the slurry is greater than 220 mm,the variation of slurry resistance loss decreasing.The resistance loss increases linearly with increasing concentration.When the concentration is 70%,the slurry distributes and the flow pattern showing the best flow rate distribution.It is suggested that the diameter of the filling pipe in the mine should be 200 mm or 220 mm,and the slurry concentration should be 70%.
