Unclassified-tailings paste filling technology is the newest technology of filling mining, the tailings is made to backfill paste, and backfill the mined out area for this technology. It is helpful to solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by tailings, it can reduce the ground subsidence caused by gob collapse, and it can also improve the utilization rate of resources. Therefore, it is gaining constant attention. Gob collapse happened in a molybdenum in Heilongjiang, and affected the normal production, so they decided to adopt the backfiring paste filling technology to deal with it. Control technology of paste preparation is the key to realizing Unclassified-tailings paste filling, this thesis is the subproject of "Unclassified tailings paste preparation and transport technology research”, and we analyzed, design and research the scheme and algorithm of the control system.Firstly, by testing and analyzing the basic physical and chemical properties and size fraction. It shows that Unclassified-tailings is suitable for the preparation of the paste from the results. Then, we do the rheological test and the strength test, and get the engineering parameters of paste preparation,scheme of paste preparation is decided at the same time.Secondly, the thesis analyzes the difficulty and goals of the preparation process, determine the structure of the control system, design thecontrol circuit of each traffic. Combined with the analysis of the process parameters, we select the ratio of the double closed loop control mode and chose the tailings as the main momentum, then analyzes the relationship between the ratio coefficient and contrast, the ratio coefficient was calculated.Finally, this thesis introduces the widely used conventional PID algorithm and its limitations, and therefore decided to adopt the single neuron PID control algorithm which has adaptive and self-learning ability. According to control plan and control algorithm, a Simulink model of paste preparation is established in Matlab, then analyzed the model under the pulse interference and white noise disturbance response of each flow loop. According to the results of the analysis, Double closed-loop ratio control scheme is suitable for the preparation process, and the single neuron PID algorithm is better than conventional PID algorithm.
